Amitahba is the Buddha who represents enlightenment, the time when our bodies are liberated and we go into the light of all-knowingness and empathy. The Amitahba Buddha also stands for the openness we have when we receive all things and are open to all things. This is a precious thangkha from Nepal. It is about 30 to 40 years old. This thangka is hand painted. The size of the thangka is 33 x 23 inches.
